“A Christmas Wish” is a tagger size scrap kit created by Creative Scraps By Crys.
This portion is part of a huge collab to help a fellow designer.
My Tutorials are strictly my own creations,

This was written with the use of PSP X2.
You may create it any version of PSP.
Supplies Needed.

Image is better to have larger to work with then we can crop and resize when completed.
Open 700 X 700transparent Image.
C/P ACW_Frame_1 Image FreeRotate 90 right.Click inside with Magic wand c/p
ACW-Paper_6 resize 65%. Selections Invert hit Delete, move below frame layer.
C/P ACW_Element_25 below frame layer add drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_1 arrange on side of frame, duplicate Image Mirror
move to botom of frame, give both drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_36 arrange on top left corner resize 38% add drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_29 below frame layer.Resize if needed.
C/P ACW_Element_14 resize 20% duplicate then resize one 85% arrange.
Add drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_32 arrange top right corner of frame. Resize 32%
add drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_15 resize 35% arrange on right bottom corner of frame.
add drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_12 resize 25% arrange on star on right add drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_7 arrange at top of frame, add drop shadow.
C/P ACW_Element_20 arrange at top of frame,add drop shadow.
Using your Eraser brush remove part of the wordart on the letters J and Y.
C/P ACW_Element_13 arrange to left of frame resize 85% add drop shadow.
New layer Select all C/P ACW_Paper_2 apply mask merge group.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop.
This is only a guide and feel free to use any other element you wish.
Most of all have fun creating.
