Scrap kit of choice or I am using this great kit Pink Promises by Dorthi's Designs
you can find it at The Creativity Box.
Font: AdineKimberg.
Drop Shadow of choice.

Remember to Save Often!!!
Let's begin
Open new image 650 x 650.
Select frame_5 Dorthi copy paste resize by 50 percent twice.
Click with Magic Wand inside frame, selections -Modify_Expand by 4.
Select paper9_Dorthi copy paste Then resize by 50 percent Selections-Invert-Delete,
move below frame layer.
Copy paste your tube, hit delete, move below frame, then
Selections-select none.Give tube and frame a light drop shadow,
X-out your background layer then Layers - merge visible.
Select Flourish_Dorthi copy paste then resize twice by 45 percent move
above background layer.
Then duplicate - mirror - flip see tag for placement.
Select Bow stitched_Dorthi copy paste resize to fit frame place at top of frame.
Select feather_Dorthi copy paste resize by 35 percent
place bottom right side of frame.
Select Hearts_Dorthi copy paste resize by 75 percent place on feather.
Then Select Staple 4_Dorthi copy paste resize by 65 percent
place so it sits on both hearts, see tag.
New layer above background selections select all then
copy paste your Paper2_Dorthi into selection.Deselect then
apply mask merge group.
Duplicate mask then on original layer-
Adjust -Blur-Gaussian Blur 10-Ok.
Give all a drop shadow except Mask layer.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop and save.
This is only a guide and feel free to use any other element you wish.
